We need your permission

To provide the Diesta reconciliation and orchestration service, we require your bank transaction information to match it against other records you provide, such as policy details and other financial information concerning your business:

Your account details

This includes your account name, account details and balance

Your transactions

This includes your incoming and outgoing transactions from the past 6 months (or more, if available) including any regular payments.

Your account features and benefits

This includes the type of account you have, and fees, charges and interest you pay, as well as any benefits, and interest your account offers

How will we use your information?

To provide the Diesta reconciliation and orchestration service, we require your transaction information to match it against other records you provide, such as policy details and other financial information concerning your business. We won’t share your information with any third parties except where required by law or in relation to legal claims. The transaction information we require is not typically personal data as it relates to non-consumer policies; but it is sensitive information; our Privacy Notice (specifically sections 4 and 5) clarifies how we process any personal data. We do not receive bank, credit card or other payment details from policyholders directly, nor do we hold or receive premiums on your behalf. We also do not process any personal data relating to insurance claims or insurance policy complaints.

You may revoke or renew this consent at any time in the Linked Accounts section of the Diesta Portal, or directly from your bank account. We will retain your linked account information so we can provide our services until you ask us to delete it.

Once you confirm you will be redirected to your bank. After logging in with your account details, we’ll securely bring you back to the Diesta Portal. Permission will expire in 90 days.

By entering a contract with us you consent for Diesta Limited to process your account information for the purposes and duration stated under the contract.
